Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering & Management
- •6+ years of manufacturing finance experience in a multinational environment
- •Strong expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cost and profit center controlling within manufacturing
- •Solid experience in business cases, investment evaluations, cost calculations and KPI-based performance analysis
- •Proven management reporting and presentation skills; strong knowledge of IFRS and compliance requirements
- •Advanced SAP FI/CO and BI knowledge; excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- •Experience working cross-functionally across plant functions and global stakeholders
- •Background in change management and continuous improvement initiatives
- •Strong communication skills, multicultural awareness and business partnering mindset
- •Team-oriented personality with high energy, self-confidence and willingness to take on leadership and special projects
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Partner with GBS FP&A for month-end closing and financial reporting
- •Ensure high data integrity in financial reports
- •Manage budgeting and forecasting for manufacturing sites
- •Collaborate with site leadership and GBS FP&A on operational execution
- •Steer plant productivity through performance analytics
- •Monitor cost development closely
- •Act as a finance business partner to site leadership
- •Challenge decisions and develop action plans
- •Evaluate risks and opportunities
- •Develop financial models and business cases for strategic investments
- •Support decision-making and scenario planning
- •Conduct annual standard cost calculations
- •Perform in-depth product cost analyses to identify improvement opportunities
- •Manage internal controls for business processes
- •Drive initiatives to improve and standardize financial processes and tools
- •Lead or contribute to finance and cross-functional projects
