- •7+ years of EHS management experience
- •Excellent knowledge of WHS legislation and Global Standards
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Experience in developing safety management systems
- •Experience in developing environmental initiatives
- •Demonstrated leadership experience
- •Ability to lead and motivate a team
- •Strong planning and organisational skills
- •Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline
- •Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
- •Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, Power BI
- •Lead Auditor certification
- •Experience in incident investigations
- •Regional travel as required

- •Track, analyze, and assess EHS metrics
- •Advise management on company impacts and improvements
- •Champion the psychosocial risk management program
- •Lead worker consultative arrangements
- •Oversee accident and incident investigation processes
- •Implement corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement
- •Collaborate with the Global EHS team
- •Lead the regional risk management process
- •Manage injury and return-to-work programs for affected workers
- •Prepare and submit regulatory reports on time
- •Lead emergency response planning and incident response
- •Oversee office and remote ergonomics
- •Manage accident report oversight and pandemic planning
