As **Senior Manager Corporate Strategy**, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the Greiner Group. Working across group-level and divisional initiatives, you will identify new business opportunities and develop well-founded strategic recommendations for top management. In an international, innovation-driven environment, you will contribute with a high degree of autonomy to defining and implementing impactful long-term strategies. ## Your Challenge * Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and trend analyses to derive strategic options * Identify and assess new business fields and growth opportunities * Contribute to the development of strategies at both group and divisional level * Prepare and present strategic recommendations and decision-making documents for top management * Identify and evaluate potential M&A targets, including synergy assessments * Provide strategic support throughout due diligence processes * Serve as a strategic liaison to operational units during implementation phases ## Your Profile * University degree in business, engineering, or natural sciences * At least 5 years of relevant experience in a top-tier strategy consultancy or in a strategic role within an internationally operating company * Proven track record in developing and executing strategic initiatives * Strong analytical skills and expertise in strategic analysis and structured problem-solving * Advanced skills in financial modeling, business case development, and evaluating strategic options * Excellent communication and presentation abilities, especially in interactions with senior leadership * Self-directed and structured working style, entrepreneurial mindset, and high intrinsic motivation * Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal skills **The position is based in Vienna or Kremsmünster.** ## Our Offer You can expect a modern working environment with a high degree of creative freedom.
