Anforderungen
- •Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or Master’s
- •8+ years experience in Controlling, ideally Pharma
- •Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
- •Eagerness to explore AI and automation
- •Experience with business cases, M&A, and IFRS
- •Excellent command of English and German
- •Knowledge of another European language (plus)
- •Experience in cross-border and multicultural collaboration
- •Analytical, structured, hands-on, and strong communication
- •Proactive mindset, responsibility, and ownership

- •Design KPI frameworks and dashboards for performance steering
- •Lead cross-functional projects to optimize financial processes
