- •Sound experience in commercial real estate management and management experience
- •Basic MS Office and SAP skills

- •Ensure on-time and high-quality project implementation
- •Optimize projects with the project team and subcontractors
- •Oversee space and occupancy planning, including relocations
- •Manage user requirements for construction and relocation projects
- •Communicate with public authorities
- •Coordinate commercial administration of the real estate portfolio
- •Represent owners and support internal customers in commercial matters
- •Plan and ensure cost-effective property management
- •Negotiate, finalize, and monitor rental and purchase agreements
- •Continuously optimize the management portfolio and process flows
- •Expand the network with external service providers and brokers
- •Conduct project controlling and target/actual comparisons
- •Prepare business evaluations and ensure regular reporting
