Anforderungen

  • •Extensive experience in sales management, preferably in Fashion and Outdoor Apparel & Footwear
  • •Proven track record in driving digital B2B sales growth and managing complex stakeholder networks
  • •Experience with e-commerce sales platforms, CRM, and digital marketing
  • •Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • •Skilled in interpreting data and turning insights into actionable strategies
  • •Excellent English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus
  • •Comfortable with digital tools and technology-driven business models
