Anforderungen
- •University degree in Economics with a focus on Finance and Accounting
- •Profound professional experience at an accounting firm or in the financial and accounting department of an industrial company
- •Certified Public Accountant (German Wirtschaftsprüfer) exam recommended
- •Several years of professional experience with the preparation of consolidated financial statements
- •Profound knowledge of German GAAP (HGB)
- •Project management experience preferably in the field of accounting
- •Business fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken)
- •Intercultural sensitivity and very good cross-culture communication and understanding

Deine Aufgaben
- •Serve as the main contact for internal stakeholders and external auditors on accounting issues
- •Prepare accounting for specific sections of the Annual Report
- •Handle annual, quarterly, monthly, and case-related accounting issues
- •Coordinate required input for accounting processes
- •Advise and direct internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with IFRS
- •Apply basic accounting principles and internal guidelines
- •Act as a subject matter expert for complex accounting issues
- •Provide technical consultation to colleagues
- •Update the Financial Reporting Manual and define Group Accounting Policies
- •Monitor accounting standards for legal requirements and internal issues
- •Implement new IASB standards in collaboration with group auditors
- •Conduct training sessions on accounting issues
- •Participate in projects, especially M&A projects and new accounting standards implementation
