Anforderungen

•Commercial or logistics-related education
•Bachelor’s or Master’s in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse management or logistics functions
•Strong knowledge of SAP logistics modules (EWM, TM, GTS) and Microsoft Office
•Project management experience in international or warehouse process design contexts
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•High attention to detail and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
•Proven ability to develop processes, SOPs, and work instructions
•Fluent written and verbal English (B2); German and/or French a plus

Deine Aufgaben

•Act as the Global Process Owner for Warehousing
•Drive global warehouse processes and SOPs
•Develop, update, and maintain global SOPs and work instructions
•Oversee change requests, testing, and approval processes
•Partner with global logistics teams to share best practices
•Support ERP rollout projects, including user training and process testing
•Manage risk and identify business issues
•Collaborate with technical and functional teams to resolve issues
•Support daily logistics operations with outbound delivery coordination
•Focus on capacity planning and SAP calendar management
•Monitor and improve SAP routing times
•Optimize shipping condition accuracy for better delivery performance
