## Senior Licensing Manager (all genders)

##### You as part of tonies:
Tonies is one of the fastest growing brands in the entertainment industry and has grown its licensing and partnerships business tremendously in the past couple of months and years and is looking for a new member of its global licensing team. This position is created to ensure solid partnerships with licensors across all tonies markets and to talk to all partners on senior management level. This global role is both focused on the external partnerships described and internal stakeholders at the same time.
##### Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
* You are owner of international licensing contracts and champion every step from identifying, onboarding and hosting our international licensors.
* You are able to act as internal stakeholder for all licensor matters such as royalty reporting, retail/sales activation, marketing and promotional activities, approval processes in production and product development process.
* You are key stakeholder for finance and strategy teams for licensor reporting and to translate Tonies needs and requirements in various markets towards the licensors.
* You will work on various licensing topics, franchises and internationally and are able to identify and prioritize and support other departments, team members and Tonies in general.
* You will manage music rights and navigate relationships with collecting societies to ensure compliance and efficient management of music licensing agreements.
##### What we are looking for:
* You have at least 10 years of experience in the licensing/entertainment industry. In a perfect world with previous contacts to either audio or music content.
* You are experienced in negotiations and all aspects of the licensing business, royalties as well as full licensing P&L.
* You have worked with legal teams before and are able to process complex legal language in english.
* You are self-organized and able to handle and prioritize various tasks of the licensing-chain.
* You are proficient in english and have a proven track record in handling international licensing contracts.
