Anforderungen
- •German Law Degree
- •Additional qualifications (e.g. master degree, PhD, specialist certification)
- •At least 7 years of working experience in a legal department or law firm
- •Experience in dealing with complex legal matters
- •Excellent knowledge of German civil law, commercial law and corporate law
- •Experience with public procurement law, dispute resolution and competition law
- •Intellectual Property law knowledge
- •Strong negotiation, drafting and communication skills
