- •Confidence in navigating GDPR, CCPA, and AI regulations

- •Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements, including SaaS, DPA, channel, partnership, and vendor contracts
- •Collaborate with sales and revenue teams to close deals
- •Deliver creative, risk-based solutions to unlock revenue and protect the business
- •Provide legal advice on GDPR, international data transfers, CCPA, and other global privacy frameworks
- •Advise cross-functional teams on AI's legal implications in product development and go-to-market strategies
- •Establish a scalable approach to AI and privacy governance
- •Address legal questions in real-time with a builder mindset
- •Enhance and maintain scalable legal templates, playbooks, and training materials
- •Design and implement a self-serve legal portal and processes for a fast-scaling global team
