Anforderungen
- •Fully qualified to practice law in Germany or equivalent
- •Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial, IT/software, or energy law
- •Strong knowledge of German and EU laws relevant to software and energy sectors, including GDPR
- •Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex contracts
- •German and English C1 level (spoken and written)
- •Independent, pragmatic approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- •Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive attitude
