- •Fully qualified lawyer with at least one 'vollbefriedigend' state examination
- •Minimum of 3 years of professional experience focused on M&A, Venture Capital, and corporate law
- •Experience independently managing projects and leading contract negotiations
- •Strong understanding of commercial contexts and ability to work cross-functionally
- •Expertise in transaction structures, due diligence, contract drafting, and transaction-related restructuring
