  • •Qualified UK or German counsel or comparable
  • •At least seven years of experience in internal legal departments
  • •Experience in reviewing and negotiating B2B and SaaS contracts
  • •Good knowledge of UK and German law
  • •Experience with contracts under US or Japanese law
  • •Excellent communication skills with different target groups
  • •Ability to prioritize and organize workload
  • •Willingness to work in a demanding, fast-changing environment
  • •Business mindset, openness, and problem-solving skills
