Anforderungen
- •Proven track record as a fully qualified German lawyer
- •More than ten years of top-tier experience in M&A transactions
- •Outstanding expertise in general corporate law
- •Proficiency in IT law, including IT project implementation and software development
- •Experience at leading law firms
- •Significant periods as in-house counsel at global technology companies
- •Flawless academic credentials with a combined score of at least 18 points from German Legal State Exams
- •International qualifications or an MBA as an advantage
- •Exceptional strategic and conceptual abilities
- •Deep interest in economic and business issues
- •Independence, commitment, pragmatism, quick thinking, charisma, and focus on solutions
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Advise on major IT tenders and implementation projects
