Anforderungen
- •Fully qualified lawyer with bar admission or comparable qualification
- •Experience as a fully qualified lawyer in a law firm, corporation, or both
- •Several years of practical experience with antitrust matters
- •Experience in the Tire industry is a plus
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills
- •Business fluent German and English language skills
- •Demonstrated excellent legal knowledge in antitrust matters
- •Deep understanding of the business, products, and markets
- •Strong team player with willingness to work in an international environment
- •Willingness to travel when required

- •Review and analyze contracts and agreements
- •Negotiate supplier contracts and license agreements
- •Evaluate market dominance and related behavior
- •Structure meetings with competitors
- •Assess association activities
- •Support M&A activities and merger control filings
- •Assist in cartel litigation and follow-on claims
- •Aid in antitrust investigations
- •Represent the company in antitrust panels and roundtables
- •Develop and implement standards for contracts and antitrust matters
- •Communicate with antitrust authorities
- •Collaborate with stakeholders on antitrust issues
- •Work with the compliance department on antitrust activities
- •Select and manage external antitrust counsel
- •Participate in legal and business meetings on antitrust projects
- •Monitor and report on changes in antitrust law
