As a Senior Lecturer, you will play a major role in the education of students. Besides a well-founded education, we attach particular importance to the personal qualification of students. We support students in developing a curious and problem-solving way of thinking and thereby create a solid basis for professional challenges of the next generation. ## Your workplace: The position of Senior Lecturer is assigned to the Department of Geography and Regional Research (Institut für Geographie und Regionalforschung / lfGR) at the Faculty of Earth Sciences, Geography and Astronomy. With more than 100 academic staff and 3,500 students, more than half of whom are teacher training students, lfGR offers an inspiring environment to address urgent societal challenges in research and teaching. As Senior Lecturer, you will be involved in teaching both at the Bachelor's level and at the Master's level in the field of economic education as part of the teacher training program for geography and economic education.
