- •7+ years of experience in talent development/L&D in tech startups or high-growth environments
- •Strong AI usage and fluency
- •Proven ability to design and scale learning & leadership development programs
- •Hands-on experience creating competency frameworks
- •Exceptional facilitator and communicator
- •Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable learning solutions
- •Comfortable working with LMS platforms and learning tools
- •Collaborative and high-ownership
