Anforderungen
- •7+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, content design, information architecture, or similar roles
- •4+ years designing B2B or consumer-facing mobile and desktop experiences
- •Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Communication Design, Literature, Journalism, or equivalent professional experience
- •Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- •Expertise in designing multi-language, multi-market products
- •Proficient with product and content design tools (e.g., Figma)
- •Experience in e-commerce or high-growth environments (nice to have)
- •Technical experience or familiarity with working closely within tech teams (nice to have)
- •Multilingual communication skills (nice to have)

- •Write clear, user-centered copy across multiple products
- •Shape key metrics and ensure a cohesive narrative across platforms

- •Partner with Product Design, UX Research, Product Management, and Localization
- •Ensure content is integrated early and translates effectively into 20+ languages
- •Manage multiple fast-moving work streams with high autonomy
- •Prioritize ruthlessly and balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution
- •Make confident independent decisions to drive progress through ambiguity
- •Educate cross-functional partners on the value of content design
- •Build processes and systems from the ground up
- •Inspire creativity and contribute to a culture of design excellence
