•Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international sales, key account management, or business development in the beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods industry
•Minimum 5-8 years of experience in international sales
•Strong distributor management and negotiation skills
•Strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities and entrepreneurial mindset
•Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
•Fluency in English required, Arabic language skills are a plus
•Willingness to travel regularly within the region
