Anforderungen

  • •Readiness to travel on short notice
  • •Experience in IT support role assisting VIP/executive-level users
  • •Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, iOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom
  • •Proficiency with network technologies, backup and recovery, endpoint security tools
  • •Skilled in troubleshooting hardware/software issues with desktops, laptops, peripherals, AV equipment
  • •Excellent understanding of backup, security solutions, network firewalls, VPNs, remote access technologies
  • •Expert knowledge of Linux and scripting languages, e.g. Python
  • •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • •Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
  • •Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • •Calm demeanor under pressure with systematic approach
  • •Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
  • •Valid passport with ability to travel frequently
  • •Must pass comprehensive background checks

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Provide white-glove IT services to VIP users
  • •Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly
  • •Address issues with Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and other enterprise applications
  • •Support diverse OS environments including Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
  • •Offer occasional IT support to VIP family members on personal devices
  • •Travel on demand for urgent or scheduled IT tasks
  • •Set up IT environments for office, housing, conferences, or high-profile events
  • •Ensure accurate device provisioning and manage software and hardware warranties
  • •Proactively update and replace software, hardware, and licenses
  • •Monitor and maintain robust cybersecurity practices for VIP users
  • •Implement endpoint protection, firewalls, and secure VPN configurations
  • •Escalate issues timely to relevant teams and ensure fast follow-ups
  • •Troubleshoot, install, and repair hardware and manage video-conference equipment
  • •Test setups before critical events and meetings
  • •Maintain clear documentation of resolutions and processes
  • •Remain flexible for urgent requests or off-hours support
  • •Adapt to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations
  • •Assist with tech due diligence for Constructor Capital startups
