As a business enabler, we provide the entire portfolio of infrastructure and applications. As part of our IT strategy, we have positioned ourselves for the future and need reinforcement to drive forward our strategic and tactical IT projects and support the strong growth of the company with scalable IT solutions. **The position can also be filled remotely within Germany.** ## Duties & Responsibilities * Management of challenging IT projects in all phases, from initiation to rollout using classic and agile project methods * Responsibility for stakeholder management, risk and change management, time and budget control, management of IT service providers, monitoring of defined quality and service levels to ensure project success * Taking over the coordination of processes in close cooperation with the specialist departments and colleagues from Global IT * Interacting confidently at specialist and management level to manage complex discussion and negotiation situations and * Taking responsibility for several projects in parallel (multi-project management) * With your expertise, you support the organization in optimizing and further developing project management processes and methods ## Qualifications * Successfully completed studies in the field of (business) informatics, business administration, a natural science or a comparable field of study * At least 5-7 years of experience in managing complex IT projects, preferably from a manufacturing company * Experience in a regulated environment is an advantage, but not essential * You have a broad basic understanding of IT technology and strong analytical and conceptual skills * You are used to working in complex application landscapes, you also have experience in dealing with SaaS and cloud-based solutions and possibly with IT infrastructure * A confident manner, assertiveness and your communication, cooperation and presentation skills in German and English round off your profile ## Benefits * Attractive remuneration incl. bonus and 30 days vacation * Flexible & family-friendly working time models (incl. option for mobile working and home office) * Individual personnel development and further training through Ottobock Academy as well as external training and further education opportunities * An open corporate culture with regular team events and an exciting international working environment * Corporate benefits, health management offers as well as many more benefits that await you at Ottobock ## Diversity at Ottobock For us, the focus is on treating each other with respect and enjoying our work.
