Senior IT Manager Infrastructure & IAM(m/w/x)

## Job Description Join our team and you’ll be responsible for leading the strategy, implementation and operations of enterprise-wide infrastructure and identity management services, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient systems that support business operations. Working within the Corporate IT team, you will maintain critical infrastructure components, while driving innovation and modernization initiatives and through cloud-native and zero-trust approaches. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody. **Your responsibilities** * Lead comprehensive identity and access management (IAM) initiatives: Oversee the identity ecosystem, manage hybrid identity infrastructure, implement & maintain zero-trust security principles together with the SecOps team, and streamline user lifecycle management. Maintain and optimize PKI services for seamless authentication. * Spearhead network and cloud infrastructure management: Ensure robust network performance, security, and cloud infrastructure reliability. Implement infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform) to enhance scalability and consistency. Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans and solutions to ensure business continuity. * Oversee Exchange and email infrastructure: Manage email systems to maintain high availability and implement advanced security controls. Establish & maintain robust backup systems and conduct regular security assessments to safeguard critical communication infrastructure. * Drive innovation through infrastructure transformation: Lead automation efforts using infrastructure as code and DevOps methodologies. Develop clear documentation and optimize processes for the core tech stack. Create and maintain detailed disaster recovery playbooks. Evaluate emerging technologies and align infrastructure initiatives with broader business strategies. * Foster collaboration and excellence across teams: Work closely with Service and Security teams to implement industry best practices and adhere to CIS benchmarks. Provide technical leadership for a globally distributed team, managing performance and resource planning. Establish effective on-call rotations and nurture a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. ## Qualifications * Proven experience in infrastructure project management and strategic roadmap development, aligning IT initiatives with business goals * Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft stack (Azure, Exchange, Entra ID), Okta, Cisco Meraki, and Mimecast; expertise in automation (Terraform), security implementations, and compliance adherence * In-depth knowledge of networking fundamentals, IAM principles, and incident response procedures, with hands-on experience in the mentioned tech stack * Demonstrated ability to lead and manage global technical remote teams, fostering innovation and driving performance * Experience with email security cloud technologies, and infrastructure automation (terraform); Azure or AWS solution architect certification desirable * Proficiency in English and German language ## Additional Information We’re a community here that cares as much about your life outside work as how you feel when you’re with us.
