## Job Description
* In your role, you will plan and independently execute IT audits, conducting systematic assessments of IT systems, processes, and controls to identify risks and suggest improvements.
* Additionally, you will evaluate IT security and compliance, assessing the effectiveness of cybersecurity measures, access controls, and encryption, while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
* You will be responsible for preparing documentation, creating audit reports that summarize findings, identify risks, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
* As part of your tasks, you will manage IT risks by identifying and assessing them, developing risk mitigation strategies, and implementing data analysis to ensure effective risk management.
* Monitoring and following up on audit findings will be another key aspect of your work, tracking corrective actions, resolving security vulnerabilities and compliance gaps, and performing follow-up audits when needed.
* Furthermore, you will work to enhance the efficiency of audit processes through the use of AI.
* You may also be required to carry out specialized forensic audits as necessary.
* As a point of contact, you will support IT departments with any audit-related matters.
## Qualifications
* Education: A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
* Experience: You bring professional experience in IT auditing, IT security management, or a similar role, with a strong background in cybersecurity.
* Personality: You present yourself confidently at all company levels, with excellent communication skills, a high degree of personal integrity, and strong social and intercultural competence.
* Working Style: You are independent, conceptual, and flexible in your approach, demonstrating a high ability to manage conflict, resilience, and a solution-oriented mindset.
* Know-How: You have hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, and are familiar with data analysis tools like ACL, IDEA, and audit management software (e.g., HighBond). Experience with process mining and knowledge of standards like ISO 27001, COBIT, and ITIL is highly beneficial.
* Languages: You are fluent in both German and English, and any additional foreign language skills are a plus.
* Flexibility: You have an interest in other cultures, a willingness to travel globally (approximately 25%), and a strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt your perspective as needed.
