Anforderungen
- •Academic degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or comparable qualification
- •Finance-related qualifications (i.e. CFA, CEFA, etc.) desirable
- •Work experience in strategic and financial analysis, sales and marketing, business management, or stakeholder communication
- •High performance in previous roles demonstrating resilience and understanding of business activities
- •Track record of gaining visibility and building trust with senior management and stakeholders
- •Business fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- •Ability to organize, coordinate, and motivate diverse groups of stakeholders
- •Excellent communication skills, especially in writing and presenting
- •Proficient in analyzing business and financial subjects to produce actionable insights
- •Strong service orientation to create value for stakeholders
- •Capacity to quickly recognize shortcomings and adapt to dynamic situations
