Anforderungen
- •Experience in international/regional Key Account Management within FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industries
- •Leadership experience in managing sales teams or direct reports
- •Solid background in packaging, ideally corrugated packaging
- •University degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent professional experience
- •Strong strategic, commercial, and analytical capabilities
- •Fluency in English and German; other languages (e.g. Dutch) are a plus
- •Willingness to travel extensively (>50%) across Europe
- •Confident communicator and negotiator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- •Hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and deliver results
- •Strong affinity for innovation and cross-functional collaboration

- •Lead a team of Key Account Managers
- •Manage and grow relationships with key accounts
- •Define and implement the Key Account strategy

- •Identify and build a pipeline of new international accounts
- •Collaborate with product innovation teams
- •Drive tailored solutions for key customers
- •Coordinate marketing activities for Key Accounts
- •Support regional sales teams with innovations
- •Ensure implementation of commercial agreements
- •Monitor performance against targets
