Anforderungen
- •Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Management, Food Science, or related field
- •Knowledge of lean, agile, or project management methodologies
- •5–7 years experience in Procurement, Supply chain, Quality, Consulting or continuous improvement
- •Track record of reliable timeline management and outcome delivery
- •Strong data analysis and curiosity for AI models
- •Deep attention to detail and insight translation skills
- •Effective communication and stakeholder-coordination skills
- •Problem-structuring mindset and motivation for operational excellence
- •Proactive and adaptable way of working
- •Willingness to dive into data and operational details
- •Willingness to travel to Distribution Centers and offices

- •Analyze ingredient performance data to identify trends
- •Identify improvement opportunities across international markets
- •Partner with Procurement, FSQA, and Production stakeholders
- •Ensure standardized ingredient compliance and handling
- •Design tools and processes to enhance operational visibility
- •Implement improvements to reduce customer complaints
- •Drive ingredient reliability through process enhancements
- •Build dashboards and generate detailed reports
- •Share insights and best practices across teams
- •Maintain high levels of data accuracy
- •Coordinate pilots and monitor project execution
- •Lead cross-functional workshops and collaborative sessions
- •Map root cause thought processes for problem-solving
- •Conduct supplier and distribution center walkthroughs
