## Senior Infrastructure Engineer (m/w/d) ###### Permanent employee, Full or part-time ·München --- ##### Deine Aufgaben Als **Senior Infrastructure Engineer****(m/w/d)** übernimmst du die fachliche Verantwortung für unsere interne IT – mit Fokus auf **Security, Automatisierung und moderne Betriebsführung**. Du sorgst für ein sicheres, effizientes und skalierbares Setup, das unsere internen Enabling- und Delivery Teams bestmöglich unterstützt. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem CTO zusammen, treibst das Tagesgeschäft und die Weiterentwicklung jedoch **eigenverantwortlich und vor allen Dingen Hands-on**voran. Die erarbeitete Theorie, setzt du mit deinem Team in die Praxis um. Dein Ziel: Eine IT, die funktioniert, mitwächst – und keine Altlasten mitschleppt. * Fachliche Verantwortung für den IT-Betrieb (z.B. Linux-Systeme, Netzwerke, VPN, Firewalls, M365, etc.) * Identity & Access Management, Device Security, SaaS-Governance * Umsetzung von Security-Standards (Security-as-Code, Hardening, SIEM etc.) * Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Audits (z.B. You will ensure a secure, efficient, and scalable setup that provides optimal support to our internal enabling and delivery teams. You work closely with our CTO, but independently drive day-to-day operations and further development — with a strong hands-on approach. You and your team turn theory into practice.
