- •3–5 years of experience with creator campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- •Skill in fee negotiations and handling legal aspects
- •Ability to create precise creator briefs and review content in line with brand guidelines
- •Experience in tracking setups and interpreting performance dashboards
- •Business fluent in both German and English
- •Existing relationships with creators, managements, and/or agencies
