Anforderungen
- •University degree in Industrial/Production Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- •Minimum of 5 years hands-on engineering experience in the medical device industry
- •Fluency in English and basic German language skills
- •Proficiency in lean and agile development environments
- •Experience in design transfer and manufacturing transfer projects
- •Proficient in working with statistical tools like Minitab
- •Strong knowledge of polymer manufacturing technologies and assembly techniques
- •Familiarity with FMEA, 8D, SPC, A3, and Lean Manufacturing
- •Experienced with process and test method validation
- •Continuous improvement mindset with a result and quality-driven approach
- •Cross-cultural intelligence
- •On-site work for at least 2 days per week

Deine Aufgaben
- •Participate in the product design and design change process to ensure manufacturability of new and changed products
- •Support material selection with a focus on manufacturability
- •Design production processes with external partners and conduct technical risk assessments using methods like pFMEA
- •Account for process and manufacturing requirements based on product specifications and test requirements from R&D
- •Coordinate the purchase and installation of equipment and tools in collaboration with manufacturing partners
- •Validate the suitability of selected processes and equipment for producing sterile disposables through equipment, test method, and process validation
- •Coordinate pilot runs to release processes and equipment for production start, providing support during ramp-up until handover to regular production
- •Support process audits at suppliers and contract manufacturers
- •Investigate and resolve technical problems related to product performance and production processes and equipment
- •Apply lean manufacturing principles
