Anforderungen

•University degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or similar field
•6+ years of experience designing physical products in an international environment
•Strong experience with user-centered design methodologies
•Experience managing design projects end-to-end
•Solid understanding of hardware development
•Excellent communication skills
•Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
•Self-motivated and well-organized
•Proficiency in 3D CAD tools, rendering software, and 2D design tools
•Fluent English language skills
•Experience with health devices, consumer electronics, or mechanical design
•Familiarity with medical device compliance requirements
•Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Confluence, or prototyping tools
•German or additional language skills are an asset

•Lead hardware product design projects for Hearing Aids, Chargers, and Accessories
•Execute the user-centered design process from concept to implementation
•Design 3D product models and physical interfaces for optimal user experiences
•Innovate to ensure seamless integration of products within the Sonova ecosystem
•Align product designs with global design principles and guidelines
•Create and evaluate 3D mockups with users to refine UX based on feedback
•Collaborate with User & Market Insights teams to integrate research findings
•Translate requirements from Product Marketing and R&D into design specifications
•Support stakeholder management and collaboration with business partners
