Anforderungen
- •Completed degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
- •At least 5 years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a generalist HR role or as a senior professional in HR administration
- •Solid knowledge of German labor and social security laws and legal requirements in EMEA
- •Proficiency in HR software, ideally SAP HCM
- •Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- •Solution-oriented approach and high degree of self-initiative
- •Confidence in taking responsibility and ownership
- •Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive data
- •Strong communication skills and confident demeanor when interacting with employees and leaders

- •Act as a key advisor for managers and employees in Germany and EMEA
- •Manage HR processes from onboarding to offboarding

- •Review and sign documents and agreements within your authority
- •Ensure HR data accuracy through regular checks
- •Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for various departments
- •Contribute to annual financial statements and HR-related data
