Strategic Leadership
* Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's culture, vision, mission and strategic objectives.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters.
* To advise Group HR on any updates and changes to National HR policies.
Talent Acquisition & Management
* Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent across Europe.
* Implement robust talent management processes, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.

##### As a candidate you have the following knowledge, experience and competences;
* 10+ years of progressive HR experience in a senior leadership role, covering all facets of HR management with proven track records.
* Solid understanding of industrial, employee and labour relations including manpower regulations and compliance.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
* The requirements are living close to the location in Emmerich am Rhein, Duesseldorf or Delden (NL).
* Proven expertise in strategic HR planning, talent management, DEI, and organisational development.
* Strong understanding of compensation and benefits, labour laws, and HR best practices.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
