As a key player in our global HR IT team, you’ll:
* **Lead impactful projects** across Master Data, Talent, Learning, Feedback, and Workforce Analytics Solutions
* **Own your projects**end-to-end: from roadmap to rollout, including stakeholder alignment, coordination of vendors and internal resources
* **Manage budgets** and ensure smart, strategic use of resources
* **Drive innovation**by exploring and implementing AI-powered features and automation within the HR tool landscape (e.g. SuccessFactors) and beyond
* Champion user experience by optimizing business processes and UI/UX design
* **Promote knowledge sharing** and best practices across our global communities

## Qualifications
* Academic Degree in Technology or Business Administration or comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in comparable role
* Experience in HR IT Solutions (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
* Business knowledge related to HR is a plus
* Enthusiastic about Data & AI (in HR)
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights
* Business fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
* High level of initiative and the ability to drive projects independently
* Customer-orientation with ability to understanding and meeting the needs of internal stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
