* Shape the future HR business architecture for the entire group by driving feasibility studies for new digital solutions and designing transformation initiatives based on AI-supported operating models and data-driven insights.
* Plan and manage budgets and resources strategically, steering investments into digital tools and AI solutions to enhance the efficiency and quality of HR services.
* Monitor the entire delivery process from planning to implementation and coordinate various teams to ensure that schedules and quality standards are adhered to.
