This position is planned as a two-year maternity cover. You will be located in Marburg or alternatively in Hattersheim and report directly into the HRBP Agile Lead. Our HR team in Marburg is organized in a modern open space environment, so you will sit side by side with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Payroll.
**The Opportunity**
* You support and execute people programs, and initiatives within the designed client group
* You manage escalations received from the HR Operations Centers and special projects as assigned.
* Advise your management in appropriate resolution of employee related issues and collaborate closely with the respective HR Business Partner throughout the process.
* Help accomplish the derived strategy formed by HRBP(s) for your assigned client group.
* You drive the talent agenda within your client group
**Your Experience**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resource management, organizational psychology, business, or related field required.
* 7+ years' experience as a HR Generalist, Employee Relations Manager, or equivalent relevant experience working in a dynamic global organization.
* Solid knowledge in labor law as well as cooperation with works council
* Experience managing investigations and employee relations.
* Knowledge of HR processes gained in a dynamic matrix organization.
* Fluent German and English skills
