Senior Hardware Validation Engineer(m/w/x)

As a Senior Hardware Validation Engineer, you will validate GPS trackers to ensure they meet design specifications and perform reliably. This role involves analyzing hardware, optimizing components, and providing feedback to enhance product quality, all while fostering innovation and personal growth.

Anforderungen

• •5+ years of experience in hardware engineering or hardware validation
• •Strong track record in hardware verification and validation from prototype to volume production
• •Solid experience in PCB layout review and signal integrity testing
• •Confident using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, VNAs, spectrum analyzers and similar tools
• •Proven experience automating tests and integrating new test equipment, ideally using Python
• •Mechanical design knowledge is a plus
• •Very good English skills
• •Great at turning complex findings into clear messages for different stakeholders
• •Self-starter with drive, who works independently and takes ownership
• •Solution-oriented and structured, able to prioritize and focus on what really matters
• •Comfortable applying the 80/20 principle - knowing when details matter and when a pragmatic approach is enough
• •Interested in cutting-edge hardware, measurement technology and test automation
