### The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Growth Manager to help turn our product into a magnet. You’ll take ownership of key parts of the growth engine – from awareness to activation – and help us test, build, and scale what works. You’ll define and test strategies, launch experiments, drive adoption, and build out a growth stack that scales.
You’ll be both strategic and hands-on - an architect and a builder. You’ll work directly with the founders, product, and engineering to create something customers can’t live without.
Your goal: make Knowlix a product people discover, love, and share.

* 3+ years experience in the growth area
* Analytical sharpness - you love digging into funnels, cohorts, and insights
* Experience with channels like Meta Ads, X Ads, SEO, email, and landing pages
* Deep understanding of the US landscape from direct experience
* Bias to action
* Deep care about the user - and what makes them fall in love with a product
* You are wildly ambitious, but low ego - driven by craft, not titles
