##### Role description
The global Marketing team at Arethia is looking for a hands-on creative to support with visual and graphic design across its portfolio of four brands. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work in close collaboration with our Brand, Content and Trade Show Specialists to bring the brands to life in both on-line and off-line channels. You will implement our brand identities and translate strategic goals into compelling visual communication that resonates with global B2B audiences. The brands are at varying stages of maturity, so you will have the opportunity to creatively influence and shape the visual identity of the brands. You will be part of a truly international organization that collaborates across offices in Switzerland, Dubai, and Indonesia.
##### Your Mission
* Design brand and marketing materials including sales collateral, social content, event visuals, packaging, and website assets.
* Contribute to the development and refinement of brand identities across our brands.
* Ensure consistency in visual expression across all sub-brands and channels.
* Create and maintain scalable templates and design systems for use across the business.
* Edit and produce short-form videos (for social media, trade shows, employer branding, etc.).
* Develop creative assets for product launches, campaigns, employer branding, and internal initiatives, on a local and global scale.
* Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual storytelling (e.g. decks, one-pagers)
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing, People & Culture and Corporate Development teams to bring strategy to life through design.
* Use AI and design tools to iterate faster and scale quality output (e.g. Firefly, Figma AI, ChatGPT).
##### Minimum Qualifications
* Degree in graphic design, communication design, or equivalent practical experience
* 4+ years of experience as a graphic designer/visual designer in a commercial setting.
* Proven experience in brand identity development and execution with a strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel design work.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma and PowerPoint.
* Experience in video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva Pro).
* Business-level communication skills in English.
