If you’re passionate about bringing art to life through dynamic, high-quality visual campaigns, let’s make a lasting impact together. ##### Your responsibilities * You create premium visual assets for paid social media, email marketing, and web channels, with a strong focus on video editing and motion design that captivate and engage the audience. * You develop and execute high-impact, on-brand campaigns in close collaboration with the marketing team, showcasing exclusive, limited-edition artworks to a global audience. * You innovate LUMAS’s digital presence by introducing fresh, creative ideas that elevate the visual language across all platforms while ensuring alignment with the brand's premium aesthetic. * You produce impactful videos, animations, and motion graphics using After Effects and other tools to create dynamic content tailored for social media and digital advertising. * You enhance digital campaigns with striking visuals that strengthen the brand's connection with its audience, driving engagement and showcasing the uniqueness of LUMAS artworks. * You continuously refine and optimize creative assets, using performance insights to ensure each piece of content resonates and delivers measurable results. ##### Your profile * 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong track record of creating high-performing digital marketing assets, particularly for paid social media campaigns and e-commerce platforms. * Experience in the luxury or premium market sectors is preferred. * Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop, with the ability to independently execute motion graphics and video projects. * Knowledge of Google Web Designer, Adobe Animate for HTML5 assets, and tools like Blender or Cinema4D is a plus. * Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney or similar is desirable. * Ability to work independently, manage feedback effectively, and deliver high-quality assets in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects. * Creative mindset with a strong understanding of digital marketing, user engagement, and premium brand aesthetics, particularly in art or luxury markets. * Fluency in English is required; German is a plus. ##### Why LUMAS? * International working environment and high-growth concept * Many career and development opportunities with individual support * A stable, sustainable business model – no venture capital and no private equity * Short decision-making processes and big creative freedom * Very committed, art-loving & open-minded founders as well as more than 45 colleagues in our modern headquarters at Ernst-Reuter-Platz with a view over the whole city * Attractive employee discounts * Hybrid work style for the best balance of teamwork and flexibility * Shared team activities and events * Whether MacBook or Windows laptop, you decide what you prefer to work with * Very good transport connection to the office ##### Werde Teil unserer Mission, die Kunstwelt für alle zu öffnen.
