Anforderungen
- •Relevant completed degree in engineering or vocational training with extensive qualifications
- •In-depth knowledge and experience in areas of responsibility
- •Strong expertise in production planning and control within aerospace
- •Solid knowledge and experience in planning, scheduling, or work preparation
- •Understanding of internal processes for parts manufacturing and material flows
- •Very good SAP skills
- •Advanced knowledge in data analysis and forecasting
- •Project management experience with PM certification
- •Good communication skills
- •High motivation and service orientation
- •Commitment to continuous improvement
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Deine Aufgaben
- •Execute and improve production planning processes
- •Support sales and operations planning with production data
- •Organize monthly planning routines with a mid-term production horizon
- •Define and evaluate end-to-end production scenarios
- •Create improvement plans and implement corresponding actions
- •Propose optimal solutions to meet program and factory requirements
- •Prepare and facilitate the Master Production Meeting with stakeholders
- •Secure commitments and encourage timely planning participation
- •Create, update, and analyze KPIs for production plan execution
- •Formalize production scenarios and communicate plans to stakeholders
- •Maintain planning parameters and models in planning tools
