Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, economics, engineering, mathematics, physics, or relevant quantitative subject
- •2+ years’ experience in European gas and global LNG market analysis in a commercial or trading environment
- •Additional experience with algorithmic trading strategies or in pricing options and structured contracts
- •Experience with fundamental and statistical models for European power markets
- •Strong statistical, analytical, and programming skills (ideally Python)
- •Fluency in English (both written and spoken); German language skills advantageous
- •Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with various internal stakeholders
- •Result oriented, independent working method with high reliability, self-motivation, and readiness to take on responsibility
- •Proactive team player with strong eagerness to learn

- •Conduct fundamental and quantitative analysis to support traders
- •Monitor European gas and global LNG market developments
- •Identify key fundamental drivers and regime shifts
- •Develop price views and sensitivity analyses
- •Communicate insights and advice to traders through various channels
- •Enhance fundamental and statistical market modeling
- •Collaborate with other analysts on model development and policy analysis
- •Automate routines, procedures, and applications for data analysis
- •Lead and mentor junior analysts and working students
- •Contribute to the analysis output and commercial success of the Trading Analysis & Algorithms department
