Anforderungen
- •Minimum 7 years of professional experience in fundraising, business development, or grant management
- •Proven track record in securing funds from foundations, corporations, and public/EU donors
- •Strong proposal writing, budgeting, and project design skills
- •Deep understanding of the German and European funding landscape, especially EU frameworks such as ESF+ and AMIF
- •Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1)
- •Strong analytical, organisational, and relationship management skills
- •Experience in leading teams is a plus

- •Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy
- •Establish a structured opportunity pipeline for submissions and reporting
- •Align fundraising activities with strategic goals and program priorities
- •Identify and manage relationships with corporate and family foundations
- •Design tailored funding proposals and partnership packages
- •Oversee donor reporting and stewardship for long-term engagement
- •Identify and pursue funding from local, state, and federal ministries
- •Research and coordinate submissions for EU funding opportunities
- •Ensure compliance with funding requirements and reporting frameworks
- •Maintain and develop the CRM-based fundraising system
- •Create standard templates and monitoring tools for consistency
- •Provide regular progress reports on income projections and pipeline development
- •Coordinate fundraising and communication efforts across the organization
- •Work with leadership and program teams to align funding with needs
- •Support staff in fundraising literacy and donor communications
- •Collaborate with the Communications Manager to enhance partner visibility
