Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree or higher in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- •Extensive experience with full-flight simulator development, with direct experience on programs similar to the D328eco or other turbo prop regional aircraft
- •Deep understanding of aircraft systems, flight physics, and aerodynamics, specifically applied to flight simulation
- •Knowledge of regulatory requirements for flight simulators, including EASA CS-FSTD and FAA Part 60
- •Strong project management skills and accountability for meeting program objectives within scope and budget

Deine Aufgaben
- •Oversee the complete lifecycle of the D328eco training simulator from concept to operational deployment
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and review technical specifications for the D328eco's performance and flight dynamics
- •Specify and detail aircraft-specific features in the simulator to ensure accurate visual, motion, control, and system behaviors
- •Compile and provide the comprehensive simulator data package required by the simulator manufacturer
- •Lead the testing and validation of the simulator by designing protocols to assess accuracy and reliability
- •Ensure simulators meet or exceed regulatory requirements, preparing and maintaining qualification documentation
- •Partner with regulatory bodies to achieve and maintain simulator certification, staying updated on regulatory changes
- •Provide lifecycle support for D328eco simulators, including troubleshooting and technical modifications
- •Evaluate simulator performance against evolving operational requirements and user feedback for optimal training fidelity
- •Plan and manage the simulator development timeline, balancing quality, budget, and delivery milestones
- •Collaborate with program engineers, flight test teams, and regulatory bodies to incorporate updates and feedback into the simulator
- •Act as the primary point of accountability for simulator-related decisions, ensuring alignment with program objectives
