Deine Aufgaben

• Beteiligung an der Definition unserer System-on-Chip-Architektur

• Verantwortung für das RTL-Design der digitalen Blöcke und deren Integration auf Systemebene

• Entwicklung und Verifikation unserer drahtlosen System-on-Chip-Lösung

• Unterstützung und Durchführung der funktionalen Verifikation auf Chip- und Blockebene

• Unterstützung bei Produktqualifikation, Test und Ramp-up

• Dokumentation während der Entwicklung

• die Arbeit in einem internationalen Team (gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich)

Dein Profil

• Bachelor-Abschluss in Elektrotechnik/ Elektronik oder vergleichbar

• Gute Kenntnisse in ASIC/FPGA SoC-Architektur, Digital Design und Verifikation

• Programmiersprachen: SystemVerilog, Verilog, VHDL

• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Verifikationsmethoden und -infrastrukturen für automatisierte Testbenches

• Von Vorteil:

Your tasks

• Participation in the definition our System-on-Chip architecture

• Responsibility for the RTL design of digital blocks and their integration on system level

• Development and verification of our wireless System-on-Chip solution

• Support and execution of functional verification on chip and block level

• Support during product qualification, test and ramp-up

• Documentation during development

• Working in an international team (good English and German skills are necessary)

Your profile

• Bachelors degree in electrical/electronics engineering or comparable

• Sound knowledge in ASIC/FPGA SoC architecture, digital design and verification

• Programming languages: SystemVerilog, Verilog, VHDL

• Experience in development of verification methodologies and infrastructures for automated testbenches

• Experience in synthesis for various target technologies is a plus
