Anforderungen
- •3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or a similar role
- •Strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics
- •Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- •Solid knowledge of financial reporting, cash flow management, and budgeting processes
- •Familiarity with investor reporting and board-level communication
- •Experience building or improving financial processes in a scaling organization
- •First leadership experience or strong motivation to lead and develop a small, high-impact team
- •High level of ownership, hands-on mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Strong attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- •Fluent in English (German is a plus, depending on company needs)
