## Senior FP&A Manager (m/f/x) **Your Mission** Your mission is to work with your team in Finance, Data & Analytics & Legal to take the analysis, planning and management of our business model to a new level. **Here's how you'll make an impact:** * You act as a business partner to decision-makers in cross-functional teams to effectively manage opportunities and risks in the company's performance. * You are responsible for building, maintaining, and continuously improving an integrated, driver-based financial model in collaboration with all sevdesk teams. * You manage company performance by working closely with business analysts who oversee the sub-models for each function of our business model. * You are responsible for the implementation and optimization of our reporting, in close interlocking with our closing processes. * You support management in implementing financing rounds and M&A transactions. **Your Qualification:** * You have at least four years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) in a digital company, ideally in the fintech sector, with a deep understanding of fast-growing, product-driven SaaS companies. Alternatively, you have experience in a consulting firm, auditing company, or VC fund. * You hold a degree in economics, business informatics, or a comparable field of study. * You have strong knowledge of integrated financial modeling in Excel, as well as cohort planning and analysis, and are familiar with Power Query. SQL skills are a plus for close collaboration with Team Data & Analytics. * Ideally, you have experience with planning and simulation tools and excellent project management skills. ## Anforderungen ### Your sevdesk Experience **Drive Impact:** Make meaningful contributions and help move initiatives forward across teams.
