- •5+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or comparable finance role
- •Proven ability to combine strong analytical FP&A work with hands-on business partnering
- •Experience in fast-growing, dynamic, or international environments
- •Advanced Excel skills and experience with FP&A reporting tools and BI solutions
- •Confidence in challenging business decisions using data and structured analysis
- •Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset with high ownership
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Act as the primary FP&A business partner for assigned units

- •Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities
- •Lead budgeting and forecasting processes

- •Analyze financial performance and explain variances
- •Prepare and deliver financial reports to headquarters
- •Challenge assumptions to enhance financial accountability
- •Translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- •Ensure alignment between FP&A, Accounting, and group reporting
- •Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools
