  • •5+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or comparable finance role
  • •Proven ability to combine strong analytical FP&A work with hands-on business partnering
  • •Experience in fast-growing, dynamic, or international environments
  • •Advanced Excel skills and experience with FP&A reporting tools and BI solutions
  • •Confidence in challenging business decisions using data and structured analysis
  • •Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset with high ownership
  • •Fluency in German and English

  • •Act as the primary FP&A business partner for assigned units
  • •Provide forward-looking insights and scenario analysis
  • •Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities
  • •Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
  • •Build and maintain financial models for P&L and cash flow
  • •Analyze financial performance and explain variances
  • •Prepare and deliver financial reports to headquarters
  • •Challenge assumptions to enhance financial accountability
  • •Translate complex financial data into actionable insights
  • •Ensure alignment between FP&A, Accounting, and group reporting
  • •Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools
