Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering and Management
- •Minimum five years of relevant work experience in financial planning and analysis
- •Prior work experience in the automotive industry
- •Strong English and German skills (written, verbal and comprehension)
- •Deep technical Finance & Accounting knowledge
- •Strong analytical skills
- •Advanced Excel skills
- •Knowledge of Oracle HFM, S/4 HANA and EPM
- •Hyperion and SAP experience
- •Gathers and analyzes relevant information systematically
- •Understands complex concepts and relationships between issues
- •Possesses intellectual agility and accepts challenges
- •Clear and effective communication of complex information
- •Hands-on and self-starter

Deine Aufgaben
- •Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses for key decision-makers
- •Prepare various financial reports and statements
- •Analyze actuals in SAP and calculate accruals with budget owners
- •Prepare monthly forecasts and load data into Hyperion
- •Draft standard commentary for major deviations in actuals versus forecasts
- •Communicate planning instructions and key milestone dates clearly and timely
- •Monitor business unit performance while preparing financial plans
- •Automate consolidation and analysis processes where possible
- •Prepare consolidated planning information and analyses promptly
- •Plan and control processes to minimize revisions to financial plans
- •Ensure analysis is error-free and completed on time
- •Collaborate with senior leadership, providing support and constructive challenge
- •Ensure documentation is audit-proof and aligns with the tax department in Austria
