Anforderungen
- •5+ years experience in Fleet Management, Asset-heavy Mobility Operations, or Logistics
- •Experience in high-growth or tech environment ideally
- •Experience in deploying fleets or managing complex operational rollouts
- •Exposure to the Autonomous Vehicle sector as a strong plus
- •Track record of managing third-party vendors, fleet partners, or maintenance providers
- •Ability to manage P&L components, billing reconciliation, and operational KPIs
- •Data-driven optimization and asset integrity skills
- •Fluency in English and German as an advantage
- •Willingness to travel frequently to London, Germany, and United States
- •Comfortable as individual contributor with leadership capabilities to scale teams
